Q: can i open the globes and add water in it?

A: I am afraid you cant do that,because the whole product is designed sealed,you cant open it unless break it off.even you can open it up,water is not suggested,because liquid inside is anti-freeze.

Q: How shall i clean it after use?

A: You can clean the globes with facial cleanser with warm(under 80°F, or 30℃) water to clean the oil off,and wipe it  with a cotton cloth or have it dry naturally.

Q: What is the white handle? can it be removed?

A: Yes,sure it can be reomoved,it is just a EVA circle in case sometime you feel the stick is too freezing for you to hold on.

Q: Is it made of glass? will it be easliy break off?

A: the material we choose is borosilicate glass,thickness of the glass is approx 2.2mm,so in this size of product,it has strong body,wont be break during you use it,but it is falling on the floor,it will break off.

Q: How long should i put in a freezer or refrigerator?

A: We dont suggest you put it in freezer for long time,probably around 10-15mins,it will last at least 30mins freezing.so in daily life,you can just put it in the packaging box,just put it in freezer 10-15mins ahead when you want to use it!

Q: What's the liquid inside? is it toxic if i break it off?

A: The liquid we use is anti-freezing,it's non-toxic.
