In resin processing, the following measures can be taken to avoid the formation of bubble porosity:

1. Raw material handling: Ensure the purity and dryness of the resin raw materials. The moisture in the raw material may evaporate and form bubbles during processing, so it should be fully dried before use.

2. Stir and mix well: When mixing resins and additives, stir thoroughly, and the stirring speed is moderate, so as to avoid excessive stirring and air involvement.

3. Control the temperature: The proper setting of the processing temperature is crucial. If the temperature is too high, the resin will decompose and produce gas, and if the temperature is too low, the resin will become less fluid, making it difficult to discharge.

4. Vacuum degassing: Before mixing the resin and pouring operations, vacuum treatment is carried out to extract the gas from the resin.

5. Mold design: The mold should have a good exhaust structure, such as exhaust groove, exhaust hole, etc., so that the gas can be discharged smoothly.

6. Pouring process: The pouring speed should be appropriate, avoid being too fast or too slow. Too fast can easily get caught in the air, and too slow may cause the resin to cure locally, hindering the gas from exiting.

7. Curing process control: According to the curing characteristics of the resin, control the curing time and conditions to ensure the smooth curing reaction and reduce gas generation.

In short, through strict control of raw materials, process parameters, equipment and molds, etc., the generation of bubbles and porosity in the resin processing process can be effectively reduced.
