Logo printing and carving

It is quite common that customer want to put their logo or slogan on the product they will purchase!

Some clients do want to know how we do that? if our processing meet their requirement?

Well,honestly that depends on how is your logo look like? in other words,we need to know how many colors in your designed logo:

1. some company logo is quite elegant,just with simply lines or patterns,and with single colors,2 kinds at most.for these kind of logo we will use silkscreen printing or pad printing.it's cheap and efficient.

2. when we meet complex design,i mean with at least 3-5 kinds or more colors and complicated patterns,at this situation,we will suggest UV printing.price is higher,but it can finish complicated logo printing while silksceen printing cannot do.

3. water-transfer printing and waterslid decals,both of these two printing processing are mostly applied for bigger area printing,many people dont know what's the difference.in simply words,water-transfer is like the image you want to put on product "melted" on the surface.it is called Principle of molecular diffusion.but for waterslid decals,the target image strip off from the bottom layer paper. 

4. laser engraving,popular used on metal or wood material.preferred by client who want their endurable shown on product.but it do has disadvantage,it can only do single color.

5. CNC milling processing(fine machining),mostly used to get complicated 3D image,as for logo,you can get deboss or emboss effect.high grade and expensive as well.
